Benefits of integration

Once integrated, the WebShop System receives all necessary data from ERP, such as: name of the product, category it belongs to, stock level, wholesale and retail price and other required information. All changes made to ERP system are automatically reflected in your online store. WebShop and ERP interaction diagram is shown below.

How does the integration work?

WebShop doesn’t change the data in your ERP system! WebShop System optimally supplements the data from your ERP system in its own WebShop Database. This ensures integrity and security of your WebShop system and your existing ERP application. WebShop DataService is consolidating and forwarding the data from these two systems to WebClient (your online store website) and AdminClient (your administrative website) applications. For example, names, prices, and stock levels are being read out from your ERP system, while information such as pictures, descriptions, product ratings, etc. are being kept in your WebShop Database.

Who can benefit from integration?

WebShop System integrated with your ERP system is primarily intended for companies wishing to automate their order processing and somewhat relieve their Commercial Departments. If you own a Pantheon, Calculus, Navigator or any other ERP system, we can easily connect it to WebShop System. Integration is available for all WebShop packages.
