WebShop can be easily integrated into your existing ERP system (accounting software) so no additional input of data concerning your products is necessary. The orders generated in the WebShop system are simply transferred into your existing ERP application. Additionally, the customers presently included in your ERP application will be given a possibility to log on, thus enabling them to place their orders through WebShop system.

View products by categories

WebShop enables you to create your own product categories, but you can also rely on your ERP system categorization. WebShop enables you to create predefined “root” categories in which you can add your existing categories.

Graphic illustration of the stock

WebShop offers more than one way of presenting the stock level in the warehouse. You can choose to show the exact number, use a graphic illustration to show whether this product is available or not or you can come up with your own way of informing your customers about the in-stock level.

Online customer registration

Your new buyers can log on to WebShop system by filling a simple online registration form. If you already have customers included in your ERP application, you can easily transfer them to WebShop system.

Notifying the customer of certain product’s availability

If certain product is currently not in stock, your online store visitors can opt for notification concerning the availability of this products. Once the product is in, the WebShop System will automatically inform the customer that this product is now available.

Online ordering

Once the customer is done with adding the products to basket and placing the order, your Commercial Department receives an e-mail containing the information concerning the incoming order. At this point your Commercial Officer, using the AdminClient of the WebShop System, can check and forward the order to your ERP software.

Rebate defined for each customer

WebShop enables you to define the fixed rebate for all product categories for a certain customer. For example, if you granted certain customer a rebate of 5%, all prices in your online store will be shown to this customer with a 5% rebate applied.

WebShop enables you to define the rebate according to categories of products. You can create certain rebate patterns and subsequently apply the pattern to any customer. After you applied a pattern to a specific customer you can further change the rebates according to categories.

In case your customer has forgotten his password, he can simply use his e-mail address to obtain a new one.

Newsletters system

Through AdminClient, the WebShop application gives you a possibility to inform your clients of special auctions or other events of your choice. You can send notifications only to customers who applied for this service or to all active customers in WebShop system.

Records of orders

AdminClient application of the WebShop system keeps record of all orders created through your online store.
